It is about MAKING change – and implementing it real time – not discussing it, debating it, and delaying it for another day. In John’s experience there is no better and more efficient way to “change culture” (which is the way we do things around here) than through Kaizen. This is because Kaizen not only changes and improves a process, policy or system. It changes the minds of the people working on and with that process, policy or system.
